Freediving friends, the wait is over! After a well-deserved break, Abyss Garden is putting the fins back in the water on Saturday May 3, 2025 for a new season of sea training. Whether you're a club regular or planning to discover the magic of freediving in the great outdoors, now's the time to get back in touch with the deep blue!

Located in La Ciotat, in an exceptional natural setting between wild calanques and fascinating seabeds, Abyss Garden is THE reference spot for freediving enthusiasts. Here, you can breathe deeply... before releasing everything to dive silently into the unknown.
And believe us, the sensations are always there.
A top-notch team to coach you
For this new season, the whole Abyss Garden team is on deck! Always in a good mood and with a caring approach to teaching, our instructors will guide you whatever your level: from curious beginner to fierce competitor.
We'll gently go over the basics, work on technique, get back in touch with the sensations... and above all, we'll share good times together, both in the water and on the boat.
2025 schedule of training sessions at sea
We schedule 2 to 4 weekly training sessions on weekdays and weekends. During the summer, two sunset sessions complete the program, a magical moment to discover on our boat Respiro!
