Our AIDA and FFESSM freediving club offers you the opportunity to practice freediving from May to October, whatever your depth and training discipline. Our apnea outings are accessible to anyone who already has a level of apnea or who has completed an apnea course with us.
Our semi-rigid is equipped with a system of stems for apnea training cables and safety is supervised by an AIDA International and FFESSM instructor.
The idea of these freediving outings is above all to share the experience and good humor with others!
Housing
A few nuggets for you or just a place to sleep!
The family house brings together 7 quality accommodation sites, managed and created by professionals since 2013. You will surely find what you are looking for with an offer ranging from studios for 2 people to apartments for small groups of 10 people max. d'hôtes" nor "guest houses" since the owners do not live on site. They are still present at all times. All arrivals are autonomous, the advantage is that you arrive whenever you want from 3:00 p.m.
Gite on the Au Vrai farm: renovated and fully equipped apartments. Our friends Brice and Mathilde will welcome you in an exceptional setting in La Ciotat. You will be 5 minutes from the center by car or a few minutes from us by bus!
On site: seasonal fruits and vegetables, grown in the fields around you!
The La Croix de Malte hotel:
Located just behind our freediving school, ideal for groups or people traveling alone for good value for money. The hotel is located in the town center of La Ciotat, in a quiet area, facing the marina, 100m from the sea. All activities are in the immediate vicinity: beaches, diving clubs, visits to the coves, shops , etc... The hotel welcomes groups and individuals.
