Freediving courses in Indonesia: it's over for 2020!
A complete program to progress in freediving and take advantage of the spots
For more than 5 years now, ABYSS Garden has organized in collaboration with Tumbak Island Cottage some freediving courses in North Sulawesi in Indonesia. This year again, we had two groups who made this adventure an exceptional freediving holiday!
Every morning, students benefit from an awakening with stretching, concentration and visualization exercises or yoga. After a good breakfast, departure by boat for a freediving session on cable.
The freediving course takes place in a small group of 6 people allowing everyone to benefit from personalized advice to progress and increase all the skills.
Second daily session on the afternoon are mainly devoted to exploration. The paradise in which this freediving course takes place is made up of a rich biodiversity in corals in particular! A night session is also organized to discover the nocturnal fauna: sharks, turtles, and much more!
Each evening was the time for a small debrief and giving more skills on a theme adapted to progress in freediving and in bed!
We hope to repeat again this experience next year!
