You snorkel and it is difficult to go under water and stay there for more than a few seconds because you lack air?
Join our professional team in our freediving center in La Ciotat for a gentle introduction to the basic techniques of freediving and take some advices to progress!
We will welcome you in the center, on the new port of La Ciotat for a technical brief and a session of relaxation and breathing before going to sea with our boat on the edge of the Green Island. We will then offer a technical freediving workshop and an exploration on one of the many spots in the area!
