The summer settled down. We propose you from now on a freediving training a week in more: "the after-work party" to take advantage of the best moment of the day between 5:30 pm and 8:30 pm.
The program of the week:
- On Thursday morning: freediving training
- On Thursday evening (5:30 pm): freediving training
- On Sunday morning: freediving training
- On Sunday afternoon: fun freediving
