Discovery of breath, freediving disciplines, come and enjoy the well-being of freediving , safely!
A session to a pace of discovery after becoming aware of what happens in your body when you are snorkeling, you will discover freediving smoothly through a technical workshop .
Then, you will discover the seabed on one of La Ciotat sites around the "green island", to directly apply the technical freediving advice!
Equivalence to pass the freediving level AIDA * or level1 CMAS (certification on request).
